Summary: Their voices are pitched too low for Dean to catch the words but he figures it’s just girl-talk interspersed with the occasional soft, throaty giggle. He doesn’t think there’s enough in their heads for them to be saying anything important. Probably just dust and maggots.
Found this while lurking through Sam/Dean fics and had to come rec this. It's a little dated (2008) so you might have seen it before, but it is an excellent dark fic. It takes an interesting look at Sam after he started to flip those switches Azazel planted in his brain.
Though, now that I think of it, it's more focused on Sam/Dean than Sam/Jess, even though she and Madison are both involved.
